Soon after opening in 2002, Tullymore was named the Number 1 New Upscale Public Course in America by Golf Digest. Since then, Peter Ministrelli and the Marino brothers have succeeded in making Tullymore one of the premier places to live and play in Michigan. With this in mind, Donald C. Westphal Associates was contracted to provide an equally stellar lanscaping package through the use of Appalachian stone, custom amenity design, granite signage, and drought tolerant plantings.

Through the course of our work, we have also had the opportunity to provide a series of marketing plans, grading services and a large scale site model.
Memphis Blues

After Memphis Mobile City was devastated by flood, UMH Properties engaged Donald C. Westphal Associates to design an adaptive reuse of the site.  During the process, additional adjacent land was acquired allowing the potential future expansion of the existing site.  The project was rebranded Memphis Blues Village and attractively landscaped signs with new logo were planned.  The entry image area was further enhanced with the addition of a renovated community center/office and mailbox structure.  New play structure, recreation areas, pedestrian trail and gazebo overlooking the existing pond complete the community.
Green Acres

Green Acres was an older community that was showing its age.  Donald C. Westphal Associates crafted a comprehensive plan to upgrade both the appearance and the function of the site.  A new clubhouse/community center was planned to be strategically located in view of Deerfield Road creating an attractive marketing feature.  A strong unified statement was created by adding landscaping and fencing to the existing sign.  A consistent theme of color and signage was recommended to coordinate with the existing entry sign and logo.  In addition, a new model home area was planned in preparation for the phased upgrade of housing stock within the community.
